Our website creation services leverage the Google Workspace platform to create professional and fully-integrated websites and collaboration tools on a new domain name or a domain name you already own (Simply put, a domain name is the name of a website. It’s what comes after “@” in an email address, or after “www.” in a web address. If someone asks how to find you online, what you tell them is usually your domain name.)

Our websites are fully compatible and render correctly PC, Mac, and Phone browsers.

Scope

• Transfer domain hosting to Google Domains

• Redirect additional alias domains to correct domain

• Create Google Workspace accounts and additional staff accounts on your domain

• Configure subdomains for easy access to collaboration tools (e.g. https://mail.wesellstuff.com)

• Set up a catch-all email redirect so that your team doesn't miss important messages (e.g. typo@wesellstuff.com --> sales@wesellstuff.com)

• Create team email aliases for easier operations memos (e.g. management@wesellstuff.com and employees@wesellstuff.com)

• Configure DMARC and DKIM email compliance for full deliverability of outgoing email (helps prevent your outgoing email being flagged as Spam)

• Create a website with one or more pages to your specifications

• Test website, email, and collaboration tools to ensure they are functioning as expected.

• Train designated staff member on how to make changes to the website and  perform common administrative tasks like resetting an employee's email password.

• Create a temporary password for all new accounts, and communicate instructions for login in and creating their own private passwords.

• Send an email to all team members introducing the available collaboration features like email, calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets

• Configure new Google-voice compatible Desk phones and company phone number, if desired.

Rates

Our rates for full setup of your website are simple and easy to understand:

$90 per page on your website (including homepage)

+

$90 per user account on your domain (including admin)

Half is payable in advance, and the other half will be payable upon completion.

The simplest one-page website with the one required admin account would cost $90 up-front and $90 upon completion. Prices are inclusive of tax!

Our tools

• Wedge and pneumatic shim car opening kit - the smooth, low friction plastic wedges and the pneumatic shim are tools designed to gently push the top of the door open enough for a reaching tool to operate the unlock switch from the inside.  This is the same system that more expensive locksmiths use to open cars.

• Collection of 36 standard keys - in many situations manufacturers will re-use the same key shapes instead of giving each person a unique key. To save time and avoid unnecessary risk of damage, we always check if one of these keys can be used before using other methods.

• Lockpick - In cases where there is no matching key and the lock can't be bypassed, we will attempt to open the lock with a lockpick set,  this method carries little to no risk of damage, but can be time consuming depending on the quality of the lock.  Low-security locks like those for filing cabinets and desk drawers can usually be opened with a lockpick in less than a minute.

Availability

This service is not suitable for emergencies; if you have locked yourself out of your house or car and are going to be late, call a full-time locksmith (such as Dusty's Unlock Service).   If someone is in danger due to being locked in a hot car or being stuck outside in the elements, call 911.

However, if the situation is not time-dependent, our smaller charges are highly competitive.    For instance, if you need to regain access to a filing cabinet, desk drawer, bike lock, or outbuilding, you would make an appointment using the link below.  Our calendar works on Phones and PCs, and takes less than a minute to pick an available time.

Price and Conditions

We will not assist in unlawful activity.   Before we perform the unlock, you must certify that you own the item to be unlocked.

We charge $1/min from departure to successful unlock.   No charges if we are unable to open the lock.

We do not accept any liability for incidental scratches, which is the industry norm for these type of services.   You are responsible for the cosmetic appearance of your items, and must choose to accept the risk of minor scratches when unlocking a car or other item.

As an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church, I'm able to officiate weddings in the state of Kansas.

The Universal Life Church is a non-denominational religious organization recognized federally, and recognized in the state of Kansas for officiating weddings.

The ULC has only two core tenets that ministers must uphold:

1. Do only that which is right.

2. Every individual is free to practice their religion however they like as long as their actions do not impinge upon the rights or freedoms of others and are in accordance with the law.

For couples who do not wish to be married by a Christian minister, or who are having difficulty finding a minister for other reasons, I'm proud to offer officiating your marriage.   Love is love.

Be advised that while same-sex marriages are currently legal in Kansas as of this writing, the laws may change in the future.

Scope

• Check that your marriage is currently legal in your State and County.

• Provide guidance on how to get a Marriage License from your county,

• Minister will give informal guidance on what should be included in a pre-nup to protect both partners, and provide a referral to a practicing attorney who can review the couple's draft, and a notary public who can witness the pre-nup's execution.

• Provide a printed Wedding Certificate and wedding certificate holder.

• Minister will wear appropriate dress and have an official Letter of Good Standing from the ULC handy in the event local officials require it.

• One practice rehearsal.

• We can work with you to customize the ritual to your specifications so that the ceremony reflects your beliefs.

• After the wedding, we will sign your Marriage License

When you pass away, the stories and memories of your life and deeds will go on living.

Many traditional eulogy styles are dry and, to be frank, boring,    Worse, because memorial services often take place in a church, traditional eulogies often grossly neglect the memory of the departed in favor of invoking religious symbology that the deceased may not have even believed in.

What the deceased deserves is a eulogy that comes from the heart and makes the survivors feel as if the deceased is still an important part of their lives.  What the deceased would have wanted is a speech that carries the values they held dearly in life, puts their mistakes in context, highlights their successes,  and provides a last chance to clear up any misunderstandings and heal quarrels.

 A Speaking for the Dead is not something that is composed in 20 minutes in the back room of a church.  It doesn't waste time giving genealogical or actuarial data.   Instead, a Speaking for the Dead is the result of weeks or months of interviews, research and empathy for the departed, with the aim of finding out what inspired them and what will inspire their survivors.

What informs the Eulogy?

• Private interviews with 7-20 survivors who were closest to the deceased

• In instances where the Speaker for the Dead is hired after the deceased has already departed, we may ask for additional resources to get the true story of the deceased's works:

  • Journals

  • Email accounts

  • Private investigator to uncover unusual facts about the deceased's life, which are kept confidential until and unless a healing context can be found

• Newspaper articles and other public information about the deceased

Couldn't this turn ugly? Are you going to say anything that will cause harm?

No.   We won't let that happen. Here's why:

• One of the fundamental tenets a Minister of the ULC must uphold is: "Do only that which is right."

• Though the interviews and other research may reveal ugly facts about the deceased, these will be kept strictly confidential unless:

  • An uncomfortable secret about the deceased was pivotal to key decisions they made in life, and sharing it will help heal hurt and confusion the survivors may be carrying.

• Before Speaking for the Dead, we will work with the family to find which survivor is best positioned to review the speaking in advance for final edits meant to avoid causing harm to the survivors, someone who was a close ally to the deceased and other survivors.

• The deceased's ally will be asked to keep information learned in the final review confidential until after the Speaking.

Presentation

The Speaking will only be as technological as necessary to tell an accurate and meaningful story.

At best, a Speaking can be a simple oration.

However, if their story cannot be told faithfully without some media such as slideshows, a video clip, a sample of their writing, or music, the format will be adjusted to accommodate these.

Pricing

Pricing is flexible, and will be decided with the family before research begins, and will depend on the complexity of the deceased's legacy.   Expect a total cost in the range of $750-$2000.

If the person whose death is to be spoken had started working with the Speaker before their death,  that can help reduce the price, and we can accept payment as an equivalent percentage of a life insurance policy, if the person is deemed able to make sound financial decisions or has a PoA who is willing to invest in a Speaking for the Dead.

History

The Universal Life Church Ministries (ULCM) is philosophically descended from some of the ideas of the Universal Life Church founded in the 1950s by Kirby Hensley. That original Modesto ULC was accused of some unethical practices. The ULCM has no links to that earlier organization, and instead is focused on upholding positive values and promoting justice and equality worldwide.

Our church seeks to create a large tent for people of all different spiritual beliefs and backgrounds to thrive beneath. This peaceful coexistence of faith traditions is dependent upon certain founding ideals that guide everything we do. For example, by rejecting the strict rules and requirements common among more traditional religious organizations, the ULCM encourages people to pursue their own spiritual paths – free of unwanted impositions.

This means welcoming members from across the spectrum of spiritual beliefs, whether Jewish or Atheist, Christian or Hindu, Muslim or Pagan. Our millions of ministers work to support marginalized and oppressed groups in the spirit of Christ, King, Kennedy, and Gandhi. Unlike other large international churches, we do not require our ministers or congregants to show deference to any central leadership or hierarchy, and we believe in equality among all members. The ULCM very intentionally has no hierarchy, nor does it ask its members to follow arbitrary demands for the sake of tradition, such as taking religious tests. Our belief is that everyone is equal, and it’s important to treat people that way.
